Ethiopian Harrar coffee is cultivated in southern Ethiopia along the rift valley 5-7K feet above sea level. Harrar coffee has a mild, mellow and somewhat fruity flavor. Various grades of both washed and unwashed coffees are produced, resulting in a balanced acidity and body of good quality.
